Flow with Faith is an experimental yoga & sound bath series offering intuitive flows for fluid beings. Lead by pleasure activist and spiritualist, Faith Hlavac, this practice is an invitation to honor and embrace the fluidity of our existence, as we adapt and evolve from moment to moment.

This month's practice will focus on the heart-chakra ~ the center of unconditional love, compassion, empathy, and joy. Together we will indulge in mindful movement intended to open the heart chakra and end our practice in stillness with a cleansing sound bath and guided meditation.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel and anything else you'd like to support you in your practice ~ comfy clothes, a blanket to snuggle up with for the sound bath, a journal, a water bottle, etc. An offering of hot tea will be available to you before and after the practice.

This practice is intentionally designed for all bodies. No yoga experience necessary.

A new year is unfolding before us! Join us in welcoming this time of transition with intention and ease in our historic ballroom.

Lead by pleasure activist, yogi & sound healer Faith Hlavac, this experience will consist of setting intentions, indulging in slow mindful movement, and relaxing with a cleansing sound bath and moment of reflection.
